Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Tool

  Securely place the tool, including all original blades, accessories, and manuals, into its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping markings are covered or removed.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the item to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
